What’s New!?

Our Winter hours have kicked back in. we are open Monday thru Saturday 8AM to 6PM. Sunday 9AM to 5PM.

Our brand new salad bar is up and running! It will be available from 11AM-Close everyday (that time may change once we figure out what works best for everyone) We are offering 2 different sized plates. a small is $6.95 a large is $11.50. you can get it for here or to go! Our salad bar features 26 delicious and unique items!

We are starting our highly anticipated Burger Night friday February 3rd! Burger night will be friday and saturday nights from 4pm to 9pm. Be sure to come check it out, we have some very unique and delicious things for you to try! We will also be offering our salad bar during that time!

Have you visited our brand new chocolate shop? It is located in our “ice cream” section. If you haven’t stopped by yet you should just to see our 100 pound Chocolate Castle made by Steve!!! Also check out our selection of delicious chocolates hand made for us by Wilburs Confections in Freeport, Maine. Valentines day will be here soon so don’t forget to get your sweetheart a box of chocolates!!

January 15th – Fun with Cupcakes:  Learn to make cupcakes and decorate them with buttercream flowers.

January 22nd – Pate choux:  Learn to make eclairs, cream puffs, mice, swans & fillings.

February 5th – Valentines Sugar Cookies: Learn to make sugar dough & create beautiful holiday cookies.

February 12th – Chocolate Mousse Cake:  Make and bake a chocolate cake and fill/frost it with chocolate mousse. Fun chocolate decorations will be made to decorate your cake! Just in time for valentines day!

February 18th – Hors d’oeuvres – Hot & Cold: For the people that like to entertain and are tired of cheee and crackers.

February 26th – Pizza: Learn to make different pizza dough’s with lots of topping ideas. Great affordable ideas to make with the whole family!

March 1st – Rolled Fondant: Learn to cover a cake with this edible clay. You’ll be shown different techniques. (All the cakes Steve created on the food network challenges were covered in fondant)

April 1st – Basic Cake Decorating: Learn to put buttercream on a cake like a professional and decorate with different ideas shown in class. Additional $15.00 charge for take home pastry bags and tips.

April 15th – Fun with Pies: Cream pie, chiffon, meringue, lattice, custard, 2 crust and different pie shell options.

April 29th – Sugar Cookies: Make and decorate your own cookies. Over 500 cutters to choose from. Each person will get to make at least 10 cookies!

All classes are limited to 10 people. With a minimum of 5 people. No children under 12. All classes are hands on! Classes are $40 per person Classes start at 3PM and last approximately 2-3hours. Bring your own rolling pin and apron for the appropriate classes.
